  • Delivery
    Postage for items is £3.50 - this covers postage and packaging. Items should reach you within 3-5 working days. Local collection from York (YO23 1LE) postcode is available. Please select 'local pick' up at checkout if required. We will send confirmation and further details once we receive the sale. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
  • How long does it take to get my item?
    If your item is to be posted - it should be with you in a week of purchase. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. If you need something in a hurry, drop us a line before buying and we may be able to sort something for you.
  • Refund and returns
    Refund Policy If you are not happy with your item, then please drop us a line and let us know. Unused items can be returned up to 30 days after purchase and refunds will be issued once the item is received. The buyer covers postage for returns (unless item is faulty). ​
  • Mailing List
    When you purchase an item, you are automatically signed up to our mailing list, we will use this from time to time to contact you regarding offers, ideas and new products. If you prefer not to be added to the list you can unsubscribe. None of your data is shared with third parties.
  • Cancellations
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us asap. If the order has already been posted, then the returns policy applies. We reserve the right to cancel the order between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods that you have ordered, or if you have ordered from a country that our postage doesn't cover. if you are based abroad, please contact us for details on postage before purchase.
  • Do you sell in bulk?
    If you are a group, school or shop and want to stock our items. Then do get in touch for a bespoke quote.
